Some common questions:

Q. Do you have a sound system or do we have to hire one?

A. We have a selection of PA systems and equipment to suit the venue of your choice. We will ask you for a rough indication of the number of guests in order to gauge what system to use.

Q. How long do you play for?

A. The standard set we play is for 90 minutes – that’s two forty five minute sets with a break for approximately 15 minutes in between. We can play for longer periods and this can be negotiated when you book.

Q. What sort of music does your band play?

A. We play jigs, reels, waltzes and well known Irish songs such as Wild Rover, Whiskey in the Jar, Fields of Athenry and many many more….

Q. We would like a DISCO as well as a band is this ok?

A. If you’d like a mixture of entertainment – we can also provide a DISCO. This may be a more cost effective way of adding to the entertainment for your event and has many other advantages:

• You need only deal with one entertainment provider
• If space is limited our Disco is amplified through the same sound system
• We can be flexible on the night and provide the right balance of live and disco entertainment to suit your needs.

Q. How much do you charge?

A. We have a variety of options to suit all budgets, starting from £150.

Options start with solo performances and you can choose any combination up to a four piece band.

Live music can be provided for up to 2 hours. Background music is always provided.

If you would like a Disco to be provided in addition to live music, the price is reduced by £50.
